Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the Octagon is fully accessible. We have a safe, well-lit car park with multiple disabled spaces close to the entrance. Access to the venue is via a ramp and lift.
Do you provide food and refreshments?
Absolutely. Whether you’re after a fully licensed bar, soft drinks, or full catering, we’ve got you covered. We can also accommodate external catering if preferred — just let us know your requirements.
How do I get there?
The Octagon Events Centre is based on the former university campus on Weston Road, Stafford.
Postcode: ST18 0BF (Please note: this may direct you to the chemist and sports pitches opposite. To reach us, follow the roundabout as shown in the image below and continue onto the site.)
Once on site, follow the internal road all the way to the end – the Octagon is directly in front of you.
Do you offer sound or tech packages?
Whilst we don’t have an in-house technical team, we work closely with trusted suppliers who can support your audio-visual needs. Once we understand what your event requires, we’ll arrange everything for you.
